  • Innovate or Die hackathons: every four months, you can take 48 hours to work on a project of your choice that betters Bold, either on your own or in collaboration with fellow employees.

  • Deliver results: Get shit done - deliver early and often.
  • Elevate each other: We elevate our thinking when we remember our mission and vision, and challenge ourselves to raise the bar.
  • Respect people: We respect our team and leadership by doing our best to execute on a decision, even if we think differently.
  • Serve others first: Customer > Team > Individual.

Our culture

We work hard to keep our employees fulfilled and motivated. We try to foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation with an open and supportive workplace culture.

We live by what we call the "Bold Builders Code", which sums up what Bold life is all about.

  • 10% time: Work on a project of your choice that helps you develop new skills during working hours.
  • Open door policy across the organization, all the way to Bold’s Founders and leadership team.
  • Town Hall meetings every Friday where all employees get an inside scoop on what’s happening.
  • “Ask us anything” Q&A session with our leadership team once a month.
  • Innovate or Die hackathons: every four months, you can take 48 hours to work on a project of your choice that betters Bold, either on your own or in collaboration with fellow employees.
  • Mentorship programs and career pathing.
  • Yearly education fund of $500 for every employee.
  • 20 working hours a year toward volunteering in the community.
  • We offer an Employee Share Ownership Program, so that everyone in our company has a voice.
