This list is provided by Bold Innovation Group Ltd. (including its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively âBold Commerceâ) for the purposes of complying with the spirit of articles 12, 13, 14 and 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other contractual frameworks that outline cross-border transfers of personal data (including, but not limited, the Standard Contractual clauses as applicable the European Economic Area, The United Kingdom and Switzerland).
The information below is, to the best of our knowledge, based on disclosures made by the sub-processors and assessments made by Bold Commerce under âGuidelines 07/2020 on the concepts of controller and processor in the GDPRâ issued by the European Data Protection Board. This list may be updated from time to time as Bold Commerce may choose to hire new sub-processors, remove existing ones and, upon review, determine that the responsibilities of existing vendors have changed. Appropriate parties will be notified of any change according to applicable law and contractual obligations and an opportunity to indicate objections will be offered accordingly.
