Previously Mate was CEO and founder of Avvasi, a big data analytics company, that was bought by NetScount (NTCT), and prior to that Mate was CEO of VideoLocus, a video streaming technology company that was bought by LSI (now BRCM). Mate has a bachelor degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and an MBA for Richard Ivy school of business.
