Terms & Conditions

By participating in Bold Commerce’s "Install Bold Booster" promotion (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Bold Commerce may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these terms.

1. The Program allows merchants to earn a $500USD incentive after installing Bold Booster for PayPal on the Adobe Commerce platform (Magento) and completes the processing of 500 orders through Bold’s extension.
2. You may participate in this Program as a merchant until the Program is terminated or modified by Bold Commerce. To be eligible for the $500USD incentive merchants must have an ecommerce store processing orders on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and process the orders through PayPal.
3. A merchant is automatically included in the promotion upon installation of the Bold Booster for PayPal Magento extension.
4. The merchant can claim the incentive after they complete the following criteria by April 30, 2025: (i) install the Bold Booster for PayPal Magento Extension, (ii) process 500 total eligible orders
5. The merchant will receive instructions for requesting their incentive within 30 days of the completion of the 500th order on their account.
6. An “Eligible Order” means: (a) the order was processed through PayPal payment processing. Orders that have been canceled, refunded, or reversed do not count as Eligible Orders.

Bold Commerce reserves the right to review any account or order related to this Program, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the incentive. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Bold Commerce Terms & Conditions https://boldcommerce.com/terms-of-service#terms-of-service (https://boldcommerce.com/terms-of-service#terms-of-service). Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in Bold Commerce’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.

By participating in Bold Commerce’s "Install Bold Booster" promotion (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Bold Commerce may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these terms.

1. The Program allows merchants to earn a $500USD incentive after installing Bold Booster for PayPal on the Adobe Commerce platform (Magento) and processing $150,000USD in total process volume through Bold’s extension.
2. You may participate in this Program as a merchant until the Program is terminated or modified by Bold Commerce. To be eligible for the $500USD incentive merchants must have an ecommerce store processing orders on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and process the orders through PayPal.
3. A merchant is automatically included in the promotion upon installation of the Bold Booster for PayPal Magento extension.
4. The merchant can claim the incentive after they complete the following criteria by April 30, 2025: (i) install the Bold Booster for PayPal Magento Extension, (ii) process $150,000USD in total process volume..
5. The merchant will receive instructions for requesting their incentive within 30 days of the completion of $150,000USD in total process volume on their account.

Offer 3: white-glove installation

Terms and conditions

1. Subject to Bold Commerce’s Terms of Service: The following WHITE GLOVE TERMS OF SERVICE (“White Glove ToS”) supplement and are subject to Bold Commerce’s (“Company”) Terms of Service (https://boldcommerce.com/terms-of-service#terms-of-service) (“UToS”), which are incorporated herein by this reference.
2. Product: Company offers Merchants a “white-glove” service in which Merchants may are provided a developer by Company, to assist Merchant with installing Bold Booster for PayPal on Merchant’s existing Adobe Commerce or Magento website (“White Glove Service”).
3. Audit and Fee: An audit of the Merchant’s website will be conducted by Company after the Merchant accepts the incentive. After the audit of Customer’s website to determine if Merchant’s requests are within Company’s scope of support and ability to modify Merchant’s website, Company will complete the work.
4. Non-Refundable Product and Cancellation: Customer acknowledges and agrees the White Glove Fee has no refundable value, and these White Glove ToS non-cancellable.
