Club Harry offers three distinctive statuses based on annual minimum spend, allowing shoppers to unlock a world of exclusive benefits. Club Harry members enjoy perks like complimentary alterations, free returns, personalized offers, exclusive event invites, and redeemable points with every purchase.

The Challenge

To implement the program, Harry Rosen needed to develop a solution involving all key vendors of their composable commerce stack including: the commerce platform from Commercetools, loyalty solution from Talon One, and checkout from Bold. The program required all solutions to be flexible enough to ensure Harry Rosen could deliver the right customer experience.

The Solution
