To implement the program, Harry Rosen needed to develop a solution involving all key vendors of their composable commerce stack including: the commerce platform from Commercetools, loyalty solution from Talon One, and checkout from Bold. The program required all solutions to be flexible enough to ensure Harry Rosen could deliver the right customer experience.
