All interviews, training, and onboarding classes are now done virtually and provide an inclusive environment for every Builder. New hires will receive everything they need to start off on the right foot — from equipment to what they can expect during their first week. This includes training plans, a team welcome lunch, and much more.
During the early days of the pandemic, we proactively moved our entire team to remote work to prioritize their safety and enable them to continue supporting our brands. Since then, we have been working from home, are monitoring the status of COVID-19, and have continued to adjust our practices in accordance with the latest health and safety regulations. We currently allow a limited number of Builders to work from our offices in Winnipeg and Austin (as needed or requested) while following all safety regulations. Builders in other locations across Canada and the US will remain 100% remote as we transition back into the office.
